Application
3-piece high pressure ball valve is mainly used for cutting, distributing and changing the flowing direction of medium, widely applied in the fields of water, oil, natural gas and some corrosive liquids.

Features
1. Owing to good self-lubrication of some materials like PTFE, this 3-piece threaded end ball valve characterizes low frication loss coefficient, stable performance, wide range of application and excellent sealing. Moreover, it is not easy to go aging.
2. The seal ring adopts elastic materials, thus it is easy to seal and good in sealing. Furthermore, the sealing ability of the 3-piece high pressure ball valve increases as the medium pressure increases.
3. The ball of 3-piece threaded end ball valve is of float type. Under the pressure of medium, the ball can move and press tightly on sealing surface of exit end, ensuring good sealing performance.
4. Sealing materials all adopt standard PTFE and PPL, carbon fiber, etc. And they are formed and cooled under high-temperature pressing, then processed by digital controlled lathe. In thus way, the sealing performance and wear resistance is guaranteed, leading a longer service life of ball valve.
